According to a tweet from ESPN’s Field Yates, if the Browns’ -12.5 line remains until kickoff, it will be the most points Cleveland has been favored to win by since their return.
In case you forgot, former Browns owner Art Modell relocated the team to Baltimore in 1996, where the Ravens were born. The NFL, on the other hand, negotiated with Cleveland to bring its franchise back in 1999. The franchise documents and team name were also kept by the city.

On the defensive side of the ball, Cleveland boasts Myles Garrett, Anthony Walker, Denzel Ward, and others who are all great players.
